Common use of Section 18.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 18.4. 34 Should any article, section, or clause of this Agreement be declared illegal by a court of competent 35 jurisdiction, said article, section, or clause, as the case may be, shall be automatically deleted from this 36 Agreement to the extent that it violated the law. The remaining articles, sections, and clauses shall 37 remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Agreement if not affected by the deleted article, 38 section, or clause. 39
