Section 18.6. Funeral Leave Up to 48 hours, leave may be granted to an employee who provides 41 proof of attendance at the funeral of: brother, sister, spouse, child, ▇▇▇▇▇, nephew, mother, father, 42 grandchild, or other persons standing in loco parentis (in place of a parent) to the employee. The 43 initial 24 hours of any such leave will be treated as paid funeral leave with the balance up to 48 44 hours, being charged against the employee’s sick leave. 45
