Common use of Section 215 Clause in Contracts

Section 215. 14 Summer work, with the exception of schools with a modified calendar, shall be defined as all work 15 available during the summer months that is outside the traditional school year. Routes for schools on a 16 modified calendar will be identified prior to bidding and on all job postings for these positions.

Section 215. 14 47 Summer work, with the exception of schools with a modified calendar, shall be defined as all work 15 48 available during the summer months that is outside the traditional school year. Routes for schools on a 16 1 modified calendar will be identified prior to bidding and on all job postings for these positions.
