Common use of Section 23.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 23.2. 34 Each employee shall be provided a copy of all materials placed in his/her personnel file within 35 five (5) days of its insertion. All derogatory material shall be removed within two (2) years 36 after its placement into the file, provided there are no similar incidents within that period of 37 time. The employee may attach comments to any material that is part of the personnel file. 38 Derogatory material not brought to the attention of the employee in compliance with this 39 Section, or not placed in the official personnel file, may not be used for any action involving 40 the employee. 41
