Section 27.2. Any dispatcher working as a trainer shall receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) for each hour served as a trainer. Employees serving as the trainer will be chosen by the Director, or their designee. Trainers will follow the Belmont County 9-1-1 New Employee Training program and will evaluate new employees daily and report their progress and issues to the Supervisor.
