Common use of Section 3.6.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.6.1.1. 2 Each building and department shall have school/building wide student behavior 3 management procedures. The procedures will identify appropriate roles for KAEOP staff 4 and include contingency options when an administrator is not available. KAEOP members 5 shall participate in the development and review of the school/department discipline 6 procedures/plan and the procedures/plan shall be reviewed annually with KAEOP staff. 8 In the event of an assault upon an employee, such action shall be immediately reported to 9 the appropriate supervisor. The District shall make all practicable efforts for assistance to 10 be rendered to the employee and shall document the action.
