Common use of Section 3.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.7. 15 The use of audio/video devices is designed to monitor student behavior. The audio/video devices may 16 also be used by the supervisor to assist individual drivers by serving as a training aid for developing 18 inappropriate behavior, the content of the audio/video devices shall not be used to discipline driver 19 performance, or used to discipline any employee. Drivers shall have the right to review the recorded 20 audio/video devices for their bus(s) after making an appointment for such purposes with the 21 Transportation Supervisor. Drivers may request review of videos of days a substitute driver replaces 22 them if they have reason to believe student misconduct has occurred and only after the supervisor has 24 audio/video devices will be saved for up to fourteen (14) calendar days or until the driver can review 25 them, whichever comes first. Upon request drivers may be permitted to view the audio/video devices 26 with the supervisor present.
