Section 418. Governing Law The rights, duties, liabilities and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall be construed and governed by and under the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. It is the intent of the parties that, to the fullest extent allowable by law, the laws of the State of Washington shall apply to the transaction of which this Agreement is a part. The parties, each for itself and its successors and assigns, consents to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Washington and agree that the venue of any suit, cause of action, or other legal proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement shall be in King County, Washington.
