Common use of Section 4.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.7. 16 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 17 access to the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 18 between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 19 flow of work.

Section 4.7. 16 22 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 17 access to 23 the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 18 between employees 24 and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 19 flow of work.

Section 4.7. 16 15 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 17 16 access to the District premises during business hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 18 17 between employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 19 18 flow of work.

Section 4.7. 16 13 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the District, shall have 17 access 14 to the District premises during business non-duty hours, provided, that no conferences or meetings 18 between 15 employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal 19 flow of work.

Section 4.7. 16 12 Representatives of the Association, upon making their presence known to the DistrictSuperintendent, or the 13 Superintendent’s designee, shall have 17 access to the District premises during business hours, provided, provided 14 that no conferences or meetings 18 between employees and Association representatives will in any way 15 hamper or obstruct the normal 19 flow of work.
