Section 1.3. Job Descriptions. 36 The District shall provide the Association with complete job descriptions for all employees subject to 37 this Agreement by November 1 of each school year. Salaries for newly created jobs shall be 38 negotiated.

Section 1.3. Job Descriptions. District will provide the Union with complete job descriptions for all employees subject to this 27 amendments, changes and additions being forwarded to the Union. In the event that the District modifies the job title of any existing position or 5 creates any new positions, the parties shall confer and determine whether the modified position or new 6 position shall be included with the bargaining unit or shall be exempt.
