Section 4.7. 25 Visitation rights shall be granted to designated representatives of the Public School Employees of 26 Washington/SEIU Local 1948, provided that no conferences or meetings between employees and 27 Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work. The visiting 28 representative shall notify the School District Office and building office of arrival.
