Common use of Section 5.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.2. 26 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult and meet with the Association, upon its 27 request, relative to any changes being considered in existing benefits, policies, practices and 28 procedures applicable to the bargaining unit.

Section 5.2. 26 22 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association, and meet with the Association, 23 Association upon its 27 request, relative to in the formulation of any changes being considered in existing benefits, 24 policies, practices practices, and 28 procedures applicable to the bargaining unitprocedures.

Section 5.2. 26 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association, and meet with the Association, 27 Association upon its 27 request, relative to in the formulation of any changes being considered in existing benefits, policies, practices and benefits (as 28 procedures applicable to the bargaining unitlisted in Section 12.1.1 herein).
