Discussion of Mutual Matters. 7 The Association representatives shall represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 8 of the District to discuss matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to conclusion 9 complaints or grievances of employees and thereafter advise employees of rights and procedures 10 outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving the grievances or 11 complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of action after the 12 employee has indicated they do not desire to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, preclude the 13 Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion.
