Common use of Section 6.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.1. 13 The Association will designate a Conference Committee of up to three (3) members who will meet 14 with the superintendent of the District or District's designee at least every other month to discuss 15 appropriate matters.

Section 6.1. 13 29 The Association will designate a Conference Committee of up to three (3) members who will meet 14 with the superintendent 30 Superintendent of the District or District's designee at least every other month and the Superintendent’s representatives on an as needed basis to discuss 15 31 appropriate matters. Either party may request a conference committee meeting which will be 32 scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

Section 6.1. 13 35 The Association Union will designate a Conference Committee conference committee of up to three (3) members who will meet 14 with the 36 superintendent of the District or Districtand the superintendent's designee at least every other month representatives on a mutually agreeable basis to 37 discuss 15 appropriate matters.
