Common use of Section 6.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.1. 21 The Association will designate a conference committee consisting of a representative from each 22 classification, plus a Chairperson, who will meet with the Superintendent and/or designee on a 23 mutually agreeable basis to discuss the administration of this Agreement. The Association agrees to 24 notify the District in writing of the names of the designated conference committee members, and of 25 any changes that may occur.

Section 6.1. 21 33 The Association will designate a conference committee consisting Conference Committee of a representative from each 22 classification, plus a Chairperson, two (2) members who will meet with the 34 Superintendent and/or designee of the District and the Superintendent’s representatives on a 23 mutually agreeable regular 35 basis to discuss the administration of this Agreement. The Association agrees to 24 notify the District in writing of the names of the designated conference committee members, and of 25 any changes that may occurappropriate matters.
