Common use of Section 6.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.2. 8 Visitation rights shall be granted to the designated representative of the Public School Employees of 9 Washington/SEIU Local 1948 to visit with employees of the District during working hours to observe 10 working conditions, or for other necessary reasons, but shall not interfere or hinder the employee in the 11 performance of their duties. The visiting delegate shall notify the District of his or her arrival at least 12 twenty-four (24) hours in advance if possible.
