Common use of Section 6.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.6. 36 The District may increase time within a position up to one (1) hour per day. Increases of more than one (1) 37 hour per day within a position shall be considered a new and open position and shall be posted per 38 Sections 9.6.1 and 9.9. except as provided in Section 6.6.1. below.
