Section 7.14.7. Culinary Paraeducator Shoe Allowance. 2 Paraeducators who are assigned as Culinary Arts Paraeducators shall be entitled to the same 3 Footwear reimbursement as Child Nutrition employees. In order to qualify for this 4 reimbursement, the following requirements must be met. The footwear must be slip resistant 5 with rubber soles. The shoes must have a closed toe and closed heel. 7 Employees shall be reimbursed up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) annually through the 8 Payment by Warrant request process, and receipts will be required. Employees may submit for 9 reimbursement for one pair of shoes per year, up to the dollar limit.
