Common use of Section 7.3. Exceptional Pay Clause in Contracts

Section 7.3. Exceptional Pay. 13 Employees who are requested to work any position in the District that is normally paid at a higher rate 14 shall be paid at the higher rate for all hours worked in the assignment based on years of service with 15 the District on Schedule A. If the employee is requested to work in a position that receives lesser 16 compensation, she/he shall not suffer a loss in wages or benefits for filling said position.
