Common use of Section 7.7.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.7.1. 43 All hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per workweek shall be compensated at the rate 44 of one and one-half (1½) times the current hourly rate.

Section 7.7.1. 43 12 All hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per workweek week shall be compensated at the rate 44 of one 13 and one-half (1½) times the current hourly rateemployee's base pay.
