Section 7.7.3 Sample Clauses
Section 7.7.3. 2 All hours worked on the seventh (7th) consecutive day shall be compensated at the rate of one 3 and one-half (1½) the employee's base pay.
Section 7.7.3. 46 In the event an employee returning from leave of absence creates a surplus of employees in the 47 concerned general job classification, the District may reduce personnel levels in accordance with 48 Article VIII herein.
Section 7.7.3. 3 The District will follow the guidelines outlined in OSPI’s Specifications for School Buses, 4 along with RCW 46.63.180 Automated school bus safety cameras. If the video is utilized for an 5 issue that may affect the driver adversely – the driver will be provided the opportunity to 6 review the recording.
Section 7.7.3. 30 Assignments that come open as a result of drivers vacating the assignment, the creation of new 31 additional routes, shuttles, transfers or the implementation of Section 7.7.4., shall be posted for bid 32 for five (5) calendar days and shall be awarded the next business day. Any subsequent route, transfer 33 or shuttle openings that result from the filling of the original route posting shall be posted for bid for 34 three (3) calendar days and shall be awarded the next business day.
Section 7.7.3. 28 The work year for all employees will consist of a minimum of one hundred eighty (180) days 29 of work per year unless an employee is specifically hired for fewer than one hundred eighty 30 (180) days. If the district applies for a different academic year, the parties will meet and 31 negotiate the impact.
Section 7.7.3. 26 During the school year, a principal may request his/her paraeducators to participate in specific 27 staff meetings. When requested by a principal, a paraeducator shall attend the meeting unless 28 excused by the principal. Each building will be allocated a yearly total of 3 hours per 29 paraeducator of paid time for attendance at specific staff meetings. Paraeducators will fill out an 30 individual time sheet for attendance at a staff meeting and return the time sheet to the principal for 31 processing by payroll.
Section 7.7.3. 38 All overnight trips will be assigned on a straight seniority basis. These trips will be paid twelve 39 (12) hours per twenty-four (24) hour day. The day will be considered to have started when the 40 driver reports to work for the trip. In the last part of the trip, if a full day is not completed, the 41 driver will be paid for the number of hours between the end of previous day and the end of the 42 trip, up to twelve (12) hours. When an overnight trip falls within the driver’s regular run times, 43 on weekdays, the drivers shall be paid their base hourly rate for all time that falls within their 44 regular run times. Reasonable meals and lodging will be paid.
Section 7.7.3. 30 Extra trips will be bid according to seniority. Trip List Part A will be bid on a quarterly basis 31 (seasonal dependent on sports) and will include all regular drivers who indicate a desire to take 32 trips, providing this does not put the driver into overtime. Trips remaining after the bidding 33 process is completed from Trip List Part A will be moved to the Trip List Part B and will be 34 assigned according to rotation. Any additional trips remaining will be added to the rotation 35 (Part B) and will be assigned according to rotation. If a trip is cancelled and moved to another 36 date, the original driver will remain with that trip. 37 38 Substitute Union drivers will be called before contacting non-Union substitute drivers. 39 Probationary drivers may be assigned to the trip rotation after successfully completing ninety 40 (90) days of probation, or may be included in the rotation prior to 90 days at the discretion of 41 the superintendent. 42
Section 7.7.3. 16 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 7.7.1 if the employee 17 does not comply with the requirements of Section 7.7.2, or if the employee does not respond to 18 the offer of reemployment within fifteen (15) days after actual receipt.
Section 7.7.3. 9 No one is permitted to work in excess of their normal work hours (additional or overtime) unless 10 preauthorized by the appropriate administrative supervisor.
