Section 8.2.7. 15 Vacations for eligible employees shall be scheduled in conformity with section 10.6.1 (seniority) 16 and consistent with the reasonable needs of the District. No vacations shall be approved during 17 the week prior to and the week of teachers returning to school at the end of summer or during the 18 first week of student attendance.
