Section 8.3.1. 45 Any vacation credit currently due, but unused by September 1st may be carried into the 46 following year with the approval of the immediate supervisor and administration. No vacation 47 may be carried over for more than one (1) year beyond the date on which it became due; 48 provided, however, no employee shall be denied accrued vacation benefits due to District 1 employment needs.
