Common use of Section 8.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.6. 23 Seniority rights shall be effective within the general job classification. As used in this Agreement, general 24 job classifications are those set forth in Article I, Section 1.3. 26 For purposes of reduction in force, Head Start/ECEAP teachers/FSS and assistant teachers shall be 27 considered within the paraeducator general job classification.
