Common use of Section 8.6.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.6.2. 35 The returning employee will be assigned to the position occupied before the leave of absence, 36 provided funds are available for the position. It shall be the responsibility of the District to 37 inform leave replacement employees of these provisions.
