Section 9.1. 34 Upon completion of the first year of service with the District, each employee shall be granted six (6) 35 days paid vacation per year. Each employee shall be granted one (1) additional day of paid vacation 36 for each year of service completed thereafter to a maximum of twenty (20) days. All paid vacations 37 shall be computed on a full-time equivalent basis (FTE); example: a first year, six (6) hour employee 38 will earn six (6), six (6) hour vacation days (a total of thirty-six (36) paid hours of vacation). 39
