SECTION 913. 24 For any absence in excess of five (5) consecutive workdays, medical certification must be made by 25 the employee’s or family member’s licensed health care provider that the absence was medically 27 absence per year beginning September 1, unless other arrangements are approved by Human 28 Resources, except as otherwise provided by state or federal law.
