Common use of Section 9.2.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.2.4. 25 A full-time employee who has vacation credit may elect to carry said credit over for one (1) year 26 following the accrual date, provided: 28 A. That said vacation credit is currently due but unused by the new accrual date each year; and 29 B. The employee has the approval from his/her immediate supervisor and District administrator 31 C. No full-time employee shall be denied vacation accrued credits due to the District 32 employment needs. 33 D. The maximum accumulated time accrued (carryover plus current year’s accrual) shall at no 34 time exceed a total of thirty (30) days.
