Common use of Section 9.3.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.3.2. 33 Seniority rights shall not be lost for the following reasons: 34 35 A. Time lost by reason of industrial accident; 36 B. Time lost by reason of industrial illness; 37 C. Time lost by reason of jury duty; 38 D. Time on leave of absence granted for the purpose of serving in the Armed Forces of the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇; 40 E. Time spent on other authorized leave as provided in this Agreement; or 41 F. Time spent in layoff status as provided in this Agreement. 42
