Common use of Section 9.4.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.4.3. An employee hired to replace another on a leave of absence is considered a substitute employee 3 as defined herein. In the event a regular employee is selected to replace another regular 4 employee on leave, the replacement employee will receive the same benefits as the employee 5 they are replacing after thirty work days of service.
