Common use of Section 9.7 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.7. 29 When a position is open in any department, notice of the opening shall be published on the District website 30 for a minimum of seven (7) working days. Such position notice shall include the approximate hours per 31 day, approximate days per year, the general description of the assignment and any special testing or 32 selection requirements.
