SECTION INCLUDES. A. Plant Mix Bituminous Pavements 1. This work shall consist of base and surface courses composed of mineral aggregate and bituminous material mixed in a central mixing plant and placed on a prepared course in accordance with these Specifications. The work shall conform to the lines, grades, thicknesses, and typical cross sections required to match existing lines, grades and thickness. 2. Each course shall be constructed to the depth, typical section, or elevation required and shall be rolled, finished, and approved before the placement of the next course.
