Common use of SECTOR AT-SEA MONITORING PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

SECTOR AT-SEA MONITORING PROGRAM. The Sector is proposing their preferred At‐Sea Monitoring 24 (ASM) Program for consideration by NMFS, as articulated in Exhibit J of this Agreement. . It is the 25 Sectors hope that the Agency will work collaboratively with the Sector over the fall and winter to 26 resolve any and all concerns the Agency may have with this program. In the event that the Sectors 27 designed ASM program is not approved by NMFS the Sector will use the NMFS designed ASM Program 28 as documented in Exhibit K. Where appropriate, documentation of fulfillment of this criterion for FY 29 2018 will be located in Exhibit I of this Agreement and will be furnished by the Sector in accordance 30 with NMFS guidance and schedule pertaining to bi‐annual operation plan submission.
