Common use of Secure Storage Clause in Contracts

Secure Storage. A Party must ensure that proper and secure storage is provided for the Confidential Information while in its Possession, provided that if a Party is a corporation it may retain any such documents or parts of documents that form part of board papers (or other formal approval processes) of such corporation and which are required to be retained by that corporation under usual corporate governance requirements.
