Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause ‎13.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause ‎13.6 (Creditors’ actions) the Security Agent shall act:

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 9.1 (Distributions), Clause 9.4 (Filing of claims) and Clause 9.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall act on the instructions of the Instructing Group.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 9.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause 9.6 (Creditors’ actions) the Security Agent shall act: (a) (except in relation to a Senior Parent Debt Issuer to the extent relating to Liabilities in respect of Senior Parent Notes and/or Permitted Parent Financing Debt where that Senior Parent Debt Issuer is the issuer or, as the case may be, the borrower) on the instructions of the group of Primary Creditors entitled, at that time, to give instructions under Clause 12.2 (Enforcement Instructions) or Clause 12.3 (Manner of enforcement); or (b) in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause ‎‎8.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause ‎‎8.6 (Creditors’ actions), the Security Agent shall act: (a) on the instructions of the Instructing Group; or (b) in the absence of any such instructions, subject to the terms and conditions of the Pledge Permit, the Communications Law and the Communications Order, as appropriate in accordance with its powers and duties under this Agreement and on the advice of counsel where appropriate.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 7.2 (Distributions) and Clause 7.6 (Further Assurance - Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall act: (a) on the instructions of the group of Senior Creditors entitled, at that time, to give instructions under Clause 10.2 (Enforcement Instructions) or Clause 10.3 (Manner of enforcement); or (b) in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 4.1 (Distributions), Clause 4.4 (Filing of claims) and Clause 4.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall, except to the extent otherwise specified in Clause 4.1 (Distributions), Clause 4.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) or any other provision of this Agreement, act: (a) (in the case of any such action relating to any Subordinated Liabilities (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement)) on the instructions of the Security Instructing Creditors (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) in respect of the Transaction Security (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) that relates to such Subordinated Liabilities or (in any other case) on the instructions of the Instructing Creditors; or (b) in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit."

Security Agent instructions. In accordance with clause 28.3 (Instructions) of the Original Facility Agreement, the Lenders (as defined in the Original Facility Agreement), hereby instruct the Security Agent to execute and enter into this Agreement, the Supplemental Security Agreements, the Collateral Monitoring Deed ARA and any other related documents or agreements contemplated by this Agreement.

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 4.1 (Distributions), Clause 4.4 (Filing of claims) and Clause 4.5 (Further assurance – Insolvency Event) the Security Agent shall, except to the extent otherwise specified in Clause 4.1 (Distributions), Clause

Security Agent instructions. For the purposes of Clause 11.5 (Filing of claims) and Clause 11.6 (Creditors’ actions) the Security Agent: (a) shall act on the instructions of the group of Primary Creditors entitled, at that time, to give instructions under, prior to the Super Senior Designation Date, Clause 14.4 (Enforcement instructions) or Clause 14.5 (M▇▇▇▇▇ of enforcement) or, on and from the Super Senior Designation Date, Clause 15.5 (Enforcement instructions) or Clause 15.6 (Manner of enforcement); or (b) may act (but, for the avoidance of doubt, will not be obliged to act), in the absence of any such instructions, as the Security Agent sees fit.
