Common use of Security Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Security Agent May Perform. If any of the Grantors fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Security Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Security Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable, jointly and severally, by Grantors.

Security Agent May Perform. If any of the Grantors Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Security Agent may may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Security Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable, jointly and severally, payable by Grantorssuch Grantor under Clause 20 of the Intercreditor Agreement; provided that the Security Agent shall thereafter give prompt written notice to such Grantor of any such performance by the Security Agent.
