Common use of Security Agent May Perform Clause in Contracts

Security Agent May Perform. If (i) the Assignor fails to perform any agreement contained herein and (ii) an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Security Agent on behalf of the Finance Parties and subject to Section 20.2(c) of the Credit Agreement may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Security Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Assignor under Section 12 hereof.
