Common use of Security and emergency plan Clause in Contracts

Security and emergency plan. Carrier must have an effective written security and emergency plan to include a vulnerability assessment (either permanent or as necessary in response to threat information) and provide procedures to mitigate the consequences of a security incident. Comprehensive security plans address known vulnerability and mitigation strategies. Carrier must comply with all Federal, state and local security regulations. Carrier will comply with Security Plan procedures in effect at DoD facilities. Drivers must carry and show appropriate carrier identification of employment.
