Common use of Security and Safety Clause in Contracts

Security and Safety. Contractor shall require employees providing Services at a City location to comply with applicable City security and safety regulations and policies. City may require each employee providing Services to undergo a background investigation, including, but not limited to a criminal records and fingerprint check. Contractor shall promptly replace any employee found to be unacceptable to City, in its sole discretion, on the basis of a significant infraction found in the background investigation.

Contractor shall promptly replace any employee found to be unacceptable to City, in its sole discretion, on the basis of the results of a significant infraction found in the background investigation. Contractor will perform any such background check according to its own standards.
