Security Awareness Training Program. Participation in this program places no financial or contractual obligation, beyond what is defined in this MOU, on the LGE. This service is being provided at no cost for the project period of 10/01/2023 through 10/05/2027. This MOU and Security Awareness service will automatically terminate at the end of that period (10/05/2027). Should the LGE wish to discontinue use of this Security Awareness Training Program and terminate the MOU sooner than the defined end date of the project, the authorizing official of the LGE will need to notify the UCC in writing three weeks prior to termination. Each LGE will have their own account that is visible only to their staff and UCC Global Administrators. Each LGE can build and configure their program however best suits their needs. LGEs will have full administrative rights to their accounts. UCC staff will be the only entity assigned Global Administrator access. UCC will not perform any actions inside of a LGE account without the LGE expressly requesting the action be taken. UCC, in cooperation with KB4, will provide support and guidance on best practices. The UCC will maintain and administer the vendor contract for this program.
Security Awareness Training Program. A User may utilize its own security awareness training if a training program or mandate otherwise exists for the industry or company policy compliance. If the User does not have its own security awareness training, then the User must utilize the security awareness training material provided by the ELT service provider. a. All individual Users (i.e. full time/part time employees, temporary personnel and contractors) requiring access to DMV equipment, DMV networks, or data must individually sign a DMV ELT User Acknowledgment before being granted access. Individuals are required to sign a new ELT User Acknowledgment annually to re-certify security awareness training or any time at the discretion of the DMV; signature requirement effective with implementation and distribution of the service provider’s or User’s training solution.

  • Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training 68.1 The Employer must schedule one-hour long site toolbox per Project to increase drug and alcohol awareness. The toolbox must be scheduled during working hours. 68.2 Employees will be paid their normal rate including all allowances while attending the toolbox provided by this clause. 68.3 The drug and alcohol awareness toolbox must include information about drug and alcohol rehabilitation and treatment services available to Employees. 68.4 The preferred training provider is ADA Australia, however an alternate training provider may be used by the Employer provided that the training provider must have demonstrated experience and expertise in delivering drug and alcohol awareness training.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.
