Common use of Security Deposit Amount Clause in Contracts

Security Deposit Amount. The amount making up the security deposit will need to be agreed upon by all the Participants of this agreement when it is required. To this end, establish the security deposit amount as equal to a single month’s rent amount, equal to two months’ rent amount, or as some “Other” amount by selecting one of the checkbox options displayed.
