Common use of Security for Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Security for Indebtedness. All monies, securities, and other property which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., Inc. may hold, carry or maintain for any account in which you have an interest, now or in the future, are subject to a lien for the discharge of all your indebtedness and liability to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., Inc. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., Inc. reserves the right to transfer all or any part of such monies, securities, and other property from any one of your accounts to any other of your accounts, should ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., Inc. deem such action necessary for its protection.
