SECURITY GATES. The Developer may establish one or more residential communities within the Project as a limited access community, with ingress/egress controlled by manned or unmanned security checkpoints. Responsibility for operation and maintenance of such security checkpoints may be transferred by the Developer to a Property Owner’s Association.
