Quitting Time. The established quitting time for each operational unit shall be strictly enforced. Where employees are required to ring a time clock, they shall be permitted to ring out and leave the premises not more than six (6) minutes prior to the established quitting time. Clean up time for each employee's tools and equipment, work area, and person shall be negotiated from operational unit to operational unit between the individual unit, and the Union and the Department of Human Resources.

  • Voting Time All employees shall be allowed up to two paid hours for the purpose of voting provided the employee does not have sufficient time before or after regular duty hours to vote. The two hours authorized for voting does not apply to those employees who by reasons of their employment must vote by use of an absentee ballot.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report.
