Security Level; Additional Security Measures. (a) Seller Parties and Purchaser Parties shall work together to ensure that, when providing Services, they are each able to maintain their current level (or, if greater, an industry standard level) of physical and electronic security during the Term (including data security and data privacy), and to address any new security related issues, including compliance with Requirements of Law related to security and issues related to new technologies or threats. (b) Any Party providing Services may take physical or information security measures that affect the manner in which Services are provided, so long as the substance or overall functionality of any affected Services remains the same as it was prior to the Effective Date; provided, that the Party receiving such Services shall be given reasonable, prior notice of any such physical or information security measures that are material.
