Security Measures and Procedures. ARCH shall provide physical and logical protection for ▇▇▇▇ hardware, software, applications and data that meet or exceed physical and logical protection practices observed by ▇▇▇▇ prior to the Distribution Date. This may include, without limitation, the use of: 1) electronic or physical locks, 2) system identifiers and passwords, 3) database locks and passwords, and 4) periodic audit security checks.
