Common use of Security of communications Clause in Contracts

Security of communications. (a) There is no guarantee that all means of communication between the parties will be secure, virus free or successfully de- livered. The Bank is not liable to the Client, and the Client accepts responsi- bility if, due to circumstances beyond the Bank's reasonable control, commu- nications are intercepted, delayed, cor- rupted, not received or received by someone else. If the Bank thinks this has happened, it will try to contact you.
