Common use of Security of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Security of Customer Data. Symantec will protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. To that effect, Symantec will maintain appropriate technical, organizational, and physical safeguards in order to protect the security and integrity of the Customer Data against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access.
