Common use of Security Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Security Responsibilities. (a) Anaplan is responsible for implementing and maintaining the technical and organizational measures for the Anaplan Service as described in the security standards designed to help Client secure Personal Data against unauthorized Processing and accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure, which can be found in Schedule II (Technical and Organizational Security Measures) and at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/policies/security. (b) Client acknowledges that the security measures are subject to technical progress and development and that Anaplan may update or modify the security measures from time to time, provided that such updates and modifications do not result in the degradation of the overall security of the Service provided to Client.
