Common use of Security Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Security Responsibilities. (a) The Customer is solely responsible for: (i) keeping any usernames and passwords associated with its Account for the Services secure; and (ii) the use of its Account, irrespective of who is using it, even if it is used without the Customer’s permission. (b) AME agrees to keep any username and passwords associated with the Account secure.
